My name is Darius Monroe, I'm 19 years old from Middleton, Connecticut. I come from one of the poorest ghettos in this country. About my parents, I don't have much to say, My whole life it was always my oldest brother that took care of me and my younger, Sadly I was never able to meet my parents because from what I was told, they abandoned us when I was born, my whole childhood was rough, I had to get my first job at 13, on top of it I always had to deal with drugs and guns problems in the neighborhood, Thankfully I was always able to work and have a stable life, I was able to go to school and I was able to eat every single day, there wasn't a single day that I didn't eat and I'm proud I was able to be like that because I worked hard, also I always had my brother's help, he is the person I respect the most in this world, About my personality, I'm a very calm person that knows how to remain calm in rough situations due to the place I was raised. Honestly, there isn't much I can say about my childhood, the only thing I can remember was the day that my brother told us that he was catching a plane to start a new life in a different city and that has soon as he has a stable life there, he would write us a letter so we could move and join him to have a stable life as well. So when Donte left us, Me and my other brother just kept working hard, 15 hours per day because we had to take care of ourselves and keep doing school because we promised our brother that we would finish it and that's what we did for over 1 year, until the day that we received the letter that we were hoping for, a letter from our brother, telling us that he had found a good job and it was already stable and it was our time to move and join him, at the end of the letter there were 2 plane tickets so me and my other brother could move and that's what we did. Today I'm writing this expecting to be able to follow in my brothers steps.

How much time and energy do you plan on dedicating towards the department in the event you are hired?
I have plans on working as many hours as I can, as I did during my childhood, I will work 10 to 15 hours, I'm already used to it and the only thing I want is to have a stable life in this city.

Why do you want to join the San Andreas Department of Corrections, and why should we hire you over other applicants? (minimum 125 words)
I want to join the San Andreas Department of Corrections because, during my times in the ghetto, I was forced to see a lot of thing and even deal with a lot of things that I never enjoyed and I would rather just not remember about them but honestly, I always tried to get everyone that was close to me to get them away from the wrong paths, If I joining the law enforcement I believe I would be able to get as many persons as I can from the wrong side and get them back to the right side of life and as long as I am alive I will make sure I can help everyone in this city the same way I helped a lot of my friends during my childhood

How do you handle pressure or stressful situations?
I can handle myself well during stressful situations. I know how to remain calm and know how to keep everyone around me calm. Thankfully, my life experience took me into certain places where I can just remain calm during the hardest moments.

As stated above Im a really calm person that can remain calm during stressful situations, I am sociable and I know how to have a proper conversation and I know how to listen to others, I believe that could help a lot listening to the inmates problems and even help them during the hard moments of their lives, I had to deal with the criminal side of life pretty much my whole childhood and thankfully I was able to take many out from that life and make them follow a normal life. I believe that I can do a lot more if I'm working besides law.

Yes, In total I have 3 punishments and I learned with them all, the first punishment was given to me by Timmaayy for DM and NONRP, I was new to the server and I didn't really know how things worked so after an IC disagreement I just opened fire on a guy and chased him ramming my car into his RV. the second punishment and third punishment was given to me by Emulsify for NONRP and FearRP, there was a whole scenario played, where during the heat I just kept driving my car around during a shootout while my friends inside the car were shooting, all of this punishments were deserved and I accepted them all, always making sure I understand what I did wrong and I never commit the same mistake again, there is a lot of situations while playing on a criminal character where the heat of the moment leads us to do stupid things and that is where I failed.

/me is used to things that you can physically do IRL, but can't because there is no animation for it, for example, if player one gets shot in the shoulder and he wanted to grab his shoulder in pain for the RP. Since there is no /anim grabshoulder, you could do /me grabs his shoulder in pain.

Please explain the use of /do and provide an example of a scenario in which you might use it:
/do is used apply to things in your environment that you can't see because the animations don't allow it, for example a cop wanting to grab the player's arm and cuff him, they would do /me would attempt to put cuffs on the suspect, and then they would do /do would you allow it?... then you could respond with /do yes.
