Hello, my name is Phillip Rovigatti, I was born in Mater county, living with both my parents in a small county house near the large lake. I spent a lot of time with my parents fishing, hunting and biking in the paleto forest, which has created a strong family bond that has helped me be stable through life as they were always there for me. From there I went to the Los Santos high school, as it offered me a better education than the local Mater county one did, it was a long drive but the education I received from it was worth it! Later in my life, my dad and mum encouraged me to go to university, but unfortunately, the nearest one was the international New York University, I still went, however. It was a good time where I met some good friends like Tony Domingo and Lasheek Maleek.
I don't really have much other do in the city so this would be my full time job
Since I was a kid my dream has always been to become a correctional officer. I always wanted to make prisons a more secure place for everyone to be in. When I saw the advertisement about the DOC being hiring new guards I applied immediately.
You should hire me over other applicants because I am very trustworthy, I want to make a career in the department and also because I am very ambitious. I never give up and I am very good under pressure. I've graduated in ICT at the New York International University, and I have acquired another profession that came from my father who was a hunter. I would watch him go hunting every weekend, only for birds, occasionally he would let me try, my aim was not the best but overtime it improved. One of my hobbies is fishing, which allows me to have good patience which I heard is a good thing to have in the department.
I am a very easy going guy I very rarely get stressed out. When things start to get hectic I simply take my time and dissect the situation into different pieces tackling them individually
Whereas I don't really have many formal qualifications I have a very keen eye for detail. I tend to notice details that others might normally skip over. Due to working in a customer facing job I have experience in being a strong communicator and defusing situations which is a trait I believe a DOC officer needs. I have a driving licence and I also have experience driving large commercial vehicles which I am sure will come in use in my role as a corrections officer.
