Please provide a short biography about yourself (minimum 100 words):
My name is Jacob Makro. I am currently employed at DCC, which I love. In the event that I am hired, I would quit my job over there and focus all my energy into SADOC. But back to my past. I had it rough growing up, I was bouncing in and out of foster homes, as my mom was a drug addict, and my father passed away from a drug overdose. I was a bad kid growing up. Shoplifting, stealing my foster parent's cars, and just all around, I was a dickhead. But when I was 17, everything changed. I went into a house when I was 17, which was unlocked, and I was curious if anything was inside, well, the man of the house was home, and was waiting with a 22. Remington pointed at my torso. He shot, I obviously fell to the floor, with 4 holes in my chest. The doctors said it was a miracle I survived and it really opened my eyes to how precious life is, and how it could be taken away at any second. That is the main reason I moved out to Los Santos. I wanted a fresh new start to my life, and life in general.
I usually am able to put in around 30-40 hours at DCC, so somewhere around that amount of time.
Well, once you do the background check on me, you will realize that I am not perfect. I have a long criminal record. The last time I committed a crime was over 9 months ago though, and I really have turned a new leaf. I really would like to join SADOC because I had a brother in another city who was in DOC, and I got to experience the joy of it secondhand, and could only imagine what it would be like actually working there. I think I am a very good candidate for this job because I have past experience with marksmanship, socialism, from working at DCC, and I think I am really good at controlling and defusing very stressful, hostile, and intense situations inside and outside of my job.
The biggest thing I think you can do to defuse a stressful situation is just ask them what's going on. It shows them that your first instinct is to not go to violence or punishment, but it is to understand them, why they are feeling the way that they are feeling, and just try to calm them down.
Like I said previously, I am a very good marksman if it ever needs to come to that, but my main trait is my social skills and also keeping calm under pressure. I am very, very socially aware, which I learned a lot about at my time at DCC, and can really keep clients under control and calm while they are in the taxi for example. I think being socially aware and calm under pressure is a very good trait to have and can be a very good asset to you guys and the people who do come in and out of the prison.

Yes. When I joined the server I was not very aware of how RP worked. That was almost a year ago and have played in mafia city RP, GTAworld, and a lot of other servers and I now have a very strong understanding of what RP is, and how to perform it.
No.
DCC, Junior Driver
Yes.
I am a highschool student, and I have to break up fights more than you would think.
I do not have teamspeak, but I have discord.
Yes.
/me is to say what action your character is doing, and with the new rule in ECRP, it is to respond to someone and say if you allow, or do not allow them doing that action. Ex. /me would attempt to movie John's wrists in a position to be able to place cuffs on him. /me would not resist and allows the cuffs to be placed on him.
/do would be something that is not tangible. Ex. /do there would be blood on the shoe. Its just letting people know what there character would be able to see, but scriptly it is not able to be seen.
