Kats was born into a poor family in Los Santos. Where he was Homeless on the streets of Idlewood. Kats is now 21 years old. Kats's father was a correctional officer, and Kats's mother was a housewife. Kats graduated from Los Santos University. Then Kats began to work. Kats was collecting garbage from the boxes and delivering it to Garbage Dump. Then Kats left the garbage business and went to the trucker business, where he used to get the goods to the stores. Kats started collecting money. One day, Kats decided to study law and become a lawyer. Kats began to study law and became excellent in his studies. Then he started working as a lawyer. Kats was very fond of fishing as he was a skilled fisherman and he caught a lot of fish and sold them all. Kats rented a bedroom at the Jefferson Motel. Kats had no brothers or sisters. Kats made a lot of friendships all over Los Santos. Kats’s life began with a coup upside down, as Kats lost his father in a chase with a gang member. And Kats's mother became elderly. One night, Kats decided to join the correctional in order to continue his father's career. Where he love the correctional very much and love to help people and decided to apply to the correctional in order to help the citizens of Los Santos from the gangs and dealers of weapons and drugs evil, kidnappers, and thieves. And also to complete his father's career.

How much time and energy do you plan on dedicating towards the department in the event you are hired?
I would give the department about five or six hours a day

Why do you want to join the San Andreas Department of Corrections, and why should we hire you over other applicants? (minimum 125 words)
You should accept me over other applicants because I believe I stand out, my whole life I had to stand out to make it through, and I am not here without purpose, I am not here because I don't believe in myself to do something greater for my career, I am here to follow my heart, as best as I can still easily stay true to myself.

I won't violate my own ethics, and I will go to lengths to see justice being served, and served just as best as possible. My name is Kats Hanako and I'm here to serve my town that I love, it's future, it's children and it's women, and to make the children become better men for them, honest men.

How do you handle pressure or stressful situations?
I am taking myself ten minutes to relax and to think about what I did wrong or the other man did

What qualifications or traits do you possess that may be an asset to us (minimum 75 words)?
I may not have a lot of on the job experience but the time I spent in school and out on internships I believe I can be a valuable member to the SADOC. I developed my skills of being a negotiator, showing compassion and always attempting to deescalate a situation while dealing with people I just meet. I am very loyal to the people close to me and I will always be there to protect my fellow brothers and sisters if they are in need.
