My name is Matthew Henderson I was born in a rich family in San Fierro , I had a friend called Henry Dominic we were close friends when we were kids . I lost my mother when I was 14 years old she was a senior SFPD officer . I decided to join US army in future after my mothers death and I tried a lot for it . I had lots of military academies in San Fierro . Henry wanted to create his own criminal crew with his friends when he was teenager So he left his family and me , but I went to military camps to learn more about army , but at last I could not join American army because when I wanted to join the army my father died in an accident and this event ruined my plans . After 2 years I heared that henry is living in Los Santos now . I decided to leave San Fierro to Los Santos and continue my life there . When I reached Los Santos I tried to meet Henry , finally I got his phone number from one of his former colleagues . I called henry , but Henry did not show any interest about helping me in Los Santos specially when I mentioned that I want to become a government employee . I found myself alone in Los Santos so made some plans for my life in Los Santos .
Actually I do not have family in Los Santos and the only thing that I have is my job , I will work very hard and will have long shifts and high working hours after I become a correctional officer . In first weeks if I become a correctional officer I will try my best to learn everything that a correctional officer have to know from field training division
The first and the main reason is that I enjoy helping people and protecting the prison for them and I will try my best for this . the second reason is that I saw sometimes there are not enough correctional officer on duty to help civilians at the front desk or helping inmates at the prison . The next reason is that I want to have a proper government job with proper salary and I am trying to make a better employment history for myself . Actually the next reason is that I like teamwork and being a correctional officer was always my dream . Next reason is that I want to learn more things about law and law enforcement by working in the SADOC . in fact I want to make more friends in Los Santos as well because I am still new in town . The next reason is the DOC divisions after I got promoted to a correctional officer I want to join some of the DOC divisions such as GFO and human resource division and the last reason is that I want to get BLS certification to help people more and survive them from death and I want to get certification for heavy guns as well because in my opinion an officer can preform better with heavy guns .
I can make good and correct Decisions No matter I am solo or in group and because of the yoga class that I had before I can preform well at the stressful operations and I can handle situations like this in cold blood even if criminals are more than us , I wont panic when I face a problem and I will try to solve that problem by thinking
When I was in San Fierro I had lots of military academies and I learned lots of important things about guns and how to use military equipment .I have lots of factors such as Observance of job discipline , ability to commiunicate well with civilians , I am a good listener and I do not talk too much and will listen to every word that my trainers and high ranks say . If I become a correctional officer I will behave in the way that people want from us and will not try to bother them because I was a Los Santos citizen as well and know what they want from correctional officers . I can manage situations well and I will try my best to behave well with civilians as a sheriff deputy and do not say words that are out of manners even if we are dealing with criminals .
