Please provide a short biography about yourself (minimum 100 words):
My name is Allen Britto. I was born in the city of San Salvador, El Salvador. Born and raised in a broken home. My father was a cartel leader for the Marasalvatrocha, a life that I so much despised. My father tried to get me to follow his footsteps, but at the age of 17, after my mother was found dead in an Alleyway, I decided to part from everything that associated me with that Lifestyle. I went to college at San Marcos University, and got my degree in Mechanical Engineering. Then I decided to leave my home country, to start over completely. Took a flight to Los Santos, and I have been here since then.
Between 15 to 20 hours weekly
I would like to join the San Andreas Department of Corrections because I would l've to try something new. I have seen the criminal life up close, and although I have never been a criminal, I know everyone deserves a chance to change. People see corrections officers as punishers, however I see it as an opportunity to make a difference in someone's life. I would like to be that person. I would like to give a word of advise to some one whom I will be escorting to their cell. I would like to be that balance between the law and a life of change for a criminal, while upholding the law to its fullest. I think that this is a great reason for the San Andreas Department of Corrections to hire me.
I keep a cool and calm demeanor. I try to understand the reasoning of the situation, and try to find all the alternatives possible to make the best out of it. The key to it all is to not loose your cool and find solutions.
Well first of all I have months of customer service experience working as a Senior Mechanic and HR representative for Bayview Auto Center. The pressure of working on multiple tasks and the professionalism of working for the HR department has built a skillset in me that would be a true asset for the San Andreas Department of Corrections. Also, my dedication to work, my team spirit and my ability to be an excellent team player adds to those set of valuable skills.

/me Me is used to Roleplay a characters actions. For example /me grabs the employment contract, reads through it carefully and then signs.
