I was born and raised in a small Siberian village. I’m not afraid of hard work or a working at any time of a day. Since I seen a lot of drunk and aggressive people in Russia, I am used of them .A simple and calm girl. I don’t like conflict, I don’t have an oath. I will try to agree with everyone unless they on the other side of a law. If there is a conflict, I will try to find a compromise and if there is no compromise I will deal it in the way that always works, showing my dominance. Because I am of Russian blood I am not just a woman with a huge heart. I will stand by my word and truth to the end. I like to communicate, I am quite a fun person to be around.

How much time and energy do you plan on dedicating towards the department in the event you are hired?
I am thinking of devoting 2h to 4-5h just for work per day

Why do you want to join the San Andreas Department of Corrections, and why should we hire you over other applicants? (minimum 125 words)
I'm not conflicted and I like helping. And for those who come to you in need of help. Help to become better and bring something more than other to society. I believe I can help them and I believe I will get along with all types of people. I have a pretty strong Russian hand made of iron and justice made for serving the law and breaking the fragile bones of criminal world if I don't like something I will say so and I'm not afraid of action.
I want to bring something good into this community and the work place, I think is the best way to do it. I witnessed a lot of crimes and a lot of criminals in Russia, people from different backgrounds and gangs, and they never broke me so I'm not afraid of what other people say or do.

How do you handle pressure or stressful situations?
I'm thriving in stressful situations. I like to work under pressure when my brain is active all the time and I can act on instinct, I asset the situation quick and execute action even quicker.

What qualifications or traits do you possess that may be an asset to us (minimum 75 words)?
I have strong personality, and strict morals, I can use my charm to extract information and keep things under control. I believe that criminals should be rulled with an iron fist in case of rebelion, and I believe that there should be no negotiations with prissoners unless you try to backstab them after you do that. I am independant enough that when there is a stresfull situation I can handle it by myself without involving half of the prison guards or officers.
