Well was born in small town in italy , family was involved in Mafia and when i was 7 my whole family got killed in a big mafia fight only uncle and me left the house that night alive , Uncle took me to his farm house raising me as his own , he was a mechanic and he helped me understand cars and i used to work with him alot on cars and small stuff, grew up a lil and uncle passed away , moved to the city after taking care off the property he left me , city life and LS was different from where i came from always busy nights were active , two to thress days i just enjoyed life met people had good bad experiences , then started small time free lancing jobs worked at farms cuz i was used to town living made money to buy my first car then the second and had a good time working on them and had good money making selling and buying cars , then in between some criminal stuff also happened but then after a case my life changed and i became a mechanic but now am here to help other too so they can be legal

How much time and energy do you plan on dedicating towards the department in the event you are hired?
Well normal at the mechanic shop i spend is like 45 hours a week so same here prolly 40 least , As long as i have work i will put all my time and effort into it

Why do you want to join the San Andreas Department of Corrections, and why should we hire you over other applicants? (minimum 125 words)
Well I had a little bad start in the city , was new to city life and messed up my life at start a lil bit but then i got involved in a case , which Det. Campbell and Inv. Stephenson were handling then when the case was closed i remember Inv. Stephenson saying "Its still not too late for you Andy" , he told me to join legal jobs and work my way up , that was like a turning point , I started staying clean after that , after couple of months i joined LSC , then resigned there and joined Bayview and still working there clean , i never had much experience with SADOC officers but who ever i had interaction with they always tried to help and they and Inv Stephenson are the reason i turned my life around, well he helped me and now i am clean , doing good work and SADOC is the chance for me return that favor by helping out some other peeps before the mess up and ruin their lifes completely

How do you handle pressure or stressful situations?
Well tbh i am pretty chill , i dont get annoyed easily by petty things and i dont think any situation is stressful if you assess it the right way

What qualifications or traits do you possess that may be an asset to us (minimum 75 words)?
I would say wherever i work i dedicate my time and effort to it , Well i am in the city alot so will be great help keeping the system goin cuz i will be there for hours , also i am pretty chill so i can handle situations pretty easily and i dont let personal stuff get in the way of duty,I am not abusive and have good connection with people and can easily deescalate a scene or a problem without getting my temper up , I have a great team work capability so i can work great with a team.
