If I were to be hired and began working in your department as a correctional officer I would devote a lot of my time to learning and becoming a great correctional officer. I've got a lot to give and I'm quite ready for a challenge.
I 'd like to join the San Andreas Corrections Department because I'd like to be very close to people who are having a hard time, repeating offenders and people in need. This is because I've seen many friends and family in the same situation. I want to help these people, and try to reach out to the people in need. I can tolerate stress and those inmates who might try to intimidate or scare me. I feel I should be the one hired over the other applicants because I have good people skills and deal with criminals and repeat offenders, I tolerate very good stress and intimidation. I think that's something that very few applicants can be able to do, and that's why I think I should be accepted
I handle stressful situations and pressure by taking some time to understand the whole situation that's happening around me. I 'd try to commit to a positive attitude after I've gotten to understand my situation around me, because a positive attitude boosts the problem solving a stressful situation. Then I take action, I first identify which part of the situation I can change or influence for the better. Thinking through the situation, accepting the emotions that you feel, and maintaining a positive attitude, is important. That's how I cope with stressful situations and that's what I think could be of benefit to the department.
I have good skills with people, and can handle good situations that are difficult and intimidating, and can handle stress and pressure very well. I have a license for firearms that I managed to obtain in Los Santos City. I've learned all about being a military service leader including discipline, consistency, ethics and respect. I have the permission to use a 50 Pistol calibre and heavy pistols. I also had a medical license from Chicago Medical Services that I believe could be of great benefit to the San Andreas Corrections Department.

I was sent to a compulsory military service for one year, where I learned many useful things. The military helps me to remain on one task and focus on getting from point A to point B. Other things I've learned are that the military taught me to achieve a mission that it takes a team to watch each other's backs while doing their best. I've learned all about being a military service leader including discipline, consistency, ethics and respect.
