I was born in late October of 1992 to a loving family in Leeds, West Yorkshire where I went to school, and enlisted as soon as I graduated, I was not the easiest child to be around as I grew I rebelled a lot, skipped school, did and saw things children of that age should not even think or see, even on television. While barely graduating from high school due to attendance, I decided to enlist, but recruitment officer told me I'm too young and with enough convincing put me on the right patch, which led me to two military schools which made me into a man that I am today. I believe that I am a better man cause of the education I have received as knowledge is a powerful tool that can open the mind to more than just path of infamy and greed. I came to Los Santos, USA, to start my life. I do not have a sob long story about myself, I am who I am.
I plan to spend as much time and energy on duty serving SADOC as I can.

I try to react to situations rather than to stress. That way, I can handle the situation without becoming overly stressed. For example, when I deal with an unsatisfied customer, rather than focusing on feeling stressed, I focus on the task at hand. I believe my ability to communicate effectively with customers during these moments helps reduce my own stress. I think it also reduces any stress the customer may feel.
I'd have to say I posses multiple traits that have a healthy balance, these traits are problem solving, ability to follow orders, capacity to learn, capacity for compassion and respect, effective communication skills. I believe that correctional officers requires policing as well as "scanning, analysis, response and assessment" attitute. The ability to follow orders is self explanatory, weather it is patrolling boring areas or alarming high crime wings, it is important for officer to be able to complete their given assignment and maintain level headed demeanor, even when they frightened or bored by their given orders. Capacity to learn as a correctional officer there will always be new skills to strengthen and learn, such as write reports, engage with civilians, look after adn re-educate inmates, patrol areas and a multitude of other responsibilities. I cannot see myself being uncompassionate and disrespectful as this is a very difficult job and with that it is crucial for officers to be firm, but also show humanity and compassion for all civilians.
