First of all, my name is Mantas Sadman. I was born in Canada, in Ottawa to be precise. After high school, I've wanted to join the Police Department of Ottawa but my parents said that we have to move to Los Santos. When I arrived in Los Santos, my priorities have changed because I've been through a rough time. We ran out of money so I had to get a job and to leave school. When I turned 24, I already had experience as a bodyguard and as a driver but it wasn't what I've wanted so I applied for the Law Collage of Los Santos. In the College, I found out about the SaDOC and their job and I think this suits me perfectly. I think my experience as a bodyguard would be an advantage. My last job was for Downtown Cab CO, as a taxi driver.

How much time and energy do you plan on dedicating towards the department in the event you are hired?
For now, my priority is to make a career so I'll give everything for that. I'm not married and I have nothing else to do so I'll be one hundred percent implicated.

Why do you want to join the San Andreas Department of Corrections, and why should we hire you over other applicants? (minimum 125 words)
I would like to join the San Andreas Department of Corrections because there I can develop myself and I can help the community at the same time. Since I arrived in Los Santos, I worked a lot to follow my dream so I graduated The law College of Los Santos, just to take another step for the career that I want. I'm an ambitious person and I could be a valuable asset for the Department of Corrections. I can adapt very easily in every situation and I'm truly motivated. In every job that I had, I gave everything. Honestly, I almost feel like the job description was written with me in mind. I have the experience to start contributing from day one and I am truly excited about the prospect of getting started.

How do you handle pressure or stressful situations?
I've worked under pressure my whole life and I chose the right path every time. I'm aware and I can handle the stress very well.

What qualifications or traits do you possess that may be an asset to us (minimum 75 words)?
The most important asset is my experience as a bodyguard. There I learned to be calm in every situation, to find the best solution. I graduated the Law College where I learned a lot about the laws and how to apply them, what is right and what is wrong. Last year, I developed my interaction with people while I worked for Downtown Cab CO. and my driving skills while I've worked for a Trucker company. Recently, I obtained my weapon's license for Pistol .50 and Combat Pistol.
