I was born in Houston Texas. My father was a member of the Houston Police Department S.W.A.T. Division. My mother was a stay at home mom who home schooled me and my brother because of how dangerous the city had become. Eventually my dad got a job at LSPD so we packed our bags and uprooted to Los Santos. We moved into a nice apartment in Mirror Park where I continued my education. My last year of schooling we got a knock on the door saying my father had been shot and killed by one of the large gangs in Los Santos. So after graduating from high school I furthered my education by going to Law School, where I continue to this day to attempt to get my law degree.

How much time and energy do you plan on dedicating towards the department in the event you are hired?
I plan to put all my time and energy into dedicating myself to the department until I am completely burned out and then some. Hoping to climb the ranks of the DOC.

Why do you want to join the San Andreas Department of Corrections, and why should we hire you over other applicants? (minimum 125 words)
I want to join the San Andreas Department of Corrections because I do not only want to help protect and serve the great city of Los Santos, but I also want to help lead criminals to a better life. Not every criminal has to choose to stay a criminal and I want to help those who have been lead astray. I want to be able to speak with them and encourage them to lead a life of good and non-crime, to better the city and better the Los Santos community. I also believe that this is a step in the right direction for my future career path. This position will not only give me beginners knowledge on the criminal justice system but set me up for my future. I want to join the DOC to change lives for the better, and help this fare city.

How do you handle pressure or stressful situations?
In my opinion i handle them extremely well and i don't think stressful situations or pressure impacts my ability to do the job required of me.

What qualifications or traits do you possess that may be an asset to us (minimum 75 words)?
I believe one of my best traits are my communication skills, I am able to connect with people on a different level, and understand them easier than most people. Another good trait that I have is my ability to learn quickly, I pick up on things faster than most people and I can soak up knowledge like a sponge making me a great candidate for the DOC as I would be able to absorb the knowledge for all the rules and procedures. I also have my fire arms license and proper firearm training.

Academy Preparations

Exercise Phase

Academy Preparations
You will be required to take plenty of notes during the academy so ensure that you bring a notepad and pen.

Post Exercise Phase
You will receive a tour of the prison during which we will explain our procedures and general rules. After that, you will be taken to a classroom and taught everything needed for a Correctional Trainee to pass their exam.
The Exam
Should you pass the exam, then you will receive your new badge and be asked to clock on duty for your first watch under proper supervision. At all times you will have a superior officer around to answer any questions and help you if need be. If you fail the exam, you will be escorted off the premises and can apply pending next recruitment drive.
