My name is Brian Cripps and i was born in the city of Toronto, CA. At 11 years of age my mother passed away in a shootout while she was a bystander, ever since my family and i had to cope with the imagination of her being shot and dead on the floor and it haunted us all every day. We had been going to a therapist to help and we started using god as a symbol of hope and know shes in heaven, a safe and good place for her. At 19 i went on and lived on my own and joined the military and served for the US to have my own life I have since been wanting to assist in some kind of law enforcement in the city of Los Santos to take my military experties to take down these criminals who tore my life apart at such a young age and especially in such a high population'd city.
How much time and energy do you plan on dedicating towards the department in the event you are hired?
If i get hired to the San Andreas Department of Corrections, i plan to dedicate all my time to the job to make my family proud and my mother whos watching over me up in the place of hope.

Why do you want to join the San Andreas Department of Corrections, and why should we hire you over other applicants? (minimum 125 words)
I want to join the San Andreas Department of Corrections because ive had to deal with tough things in life and i think i could work really well in this position, i will work my ass off for this job and to treat these criminals the right path of life. I think you guys should hire me over the other applicants because as ive stated, my life has been extremely hard ever since the death of my mother, but i think that i could do very well considering my cousin was a criminal and i taught him the right way of life and showed him that being a criminal isnt cool as he thinks it is.

How do you handle pressure or stressful situations?
I handle pressure and stressful situations extremely well, when i was 16 there was a robbery at my home while i was sleeping, i woke up startled and afraid of the fact that my family was being robbed but then i saw the chain on my neck which was a cross with jesus, remembered of my mother and gained the confidence i needed. i grabbed my gun out of my gun case, turned off the safety and opened the door searching my house up and down. I found the two burglars, aimed my weapon and told them to get out before i call the police and they left. My family was proud of me that i gained the confidence and im happy that i protected them.

What qualifications or traits do you possess that may be an asset to us (minimum 75 words)?
The qualifications or traits that i possess that may be an asset to you guys are that i was a marine for the United States and that i know how to take down bad guys, my military training made me work my ass off and grind for stuff and know i cant be handed anything to me. I have since quit due to the fact of watching many people pass and wanted a semi less stressful job.

Yes i was a marine for the United States of America for 7 years and left due to the fact of wanting a semi less stressful job.
