Why do you want to join the San Andreas Department of Corrections?
I would like to assist in the rehabilitation of Los Santos misguided citizens. I feel like with proper guidance they can change their ways and become valuable members of society.

How do you handle pressure or stressful situations?
I am very familiar with stressful situations from my experience as the COO as weazel news. I practice meditation so when a stressful situation occurs I can handle it with a level head.

How much time and energy do you plan on dedicating towards the department in the event you are hired?
I plan to give 75% of my time and energy. The other 25% is still dedicated to my cleaning duties over at Weazel News as well as Motorsport.

Im a hard worker and very dedicated. I have had many jobs since I came to the city long ago. believe my dedication as well as leadership will be a great asset to DOC. I also am always on time and can be depended on. I am also an expert marksman and ride my bmx bike daily to keep myself in top athletic condition. My multiple jobs also provided me with plenty of experience in dealing with difficult situations.

I started over at Biggs mechanic shop and worked my way into management there. After growing tired of spending so much time at the mechanic shop I went over to DCC and worked my way up team leader. After spending several months training drivers, I decided to step down as a driver and took a janitorial position within the company. As I grew my private janitorial business I gained the attention of one of my previous coworkers, James Eriksen. He asked me to take on the job of cleaning Motorsport, which to this day is one of my bigger accounts. I purchased a nightclub and picked up a side job over at weazel news. I helped the team over at weazel rebuild the company and handbook and was offered a COO position. After finishing the rebuild I decided to step down and take some time for myself to travel. After 4 months of traveling ive decided to settle back down and get back into the workforce.

Why should we hire you over anyone else (minimum 100 words)?
You should hire me because of my experience. I have worked every job in the city aside from the LSPD or LSES. I have a thick skin so I can handle the insults and harassment from prisoners. I can also handle situations with a cool head and respect, as to not escalate an already tense situation. I can also break up an altercation if needed and won't hesitate to help a prisoner in danger. I can shoot a 4 inch spread from 25 yards with my pistol. I am also very active in the city and can easily make my hourly requirement.

Dear Applicant,

It is our pleasure to inform you that you have passed your quiz stage and moved to the next stage of our recruitment drive; the academy! You are now a Department of Corrections Academy Student!

Academy Preparations
The academy may take up to 2-3 hours (( IRL )) dependent on your group size and the abilities of you and your fellow students. Upon arriving at your training date at the DOC, you should wear comfortable clothes as your physical condition will be tested through various exercises.

Post Exercise Phase
Once the exercises are over, you will receive a tour of the prison during which we will explain our procedures and general rules. After that, you will be taken to a classroom and taught everything needed for a Correctional Trainee to pass their exam.
The Exam
Should you pass the exam, then you will receive your new badge and be asked to clock on duty for your first watch under proper supervision. At all times you will have a superior officer around to answer any questions and help you if need be. If you fail the exam, you will be escorted off the premises and can apply pending next recruitment drive.
