      Narrative: Explain what happened in detail, provide sufficient detail to justify the charges. Video and image evidence can be provided. Specifically state why each charge listed was placed.
      
      As i was patroling the area of Del Perro with my speedometer aimed in front, i see Mr Haze pull out of a parking lot turning right and immediately increasing his speed to about 138 kph. I initiated my sirens to pull Mr Haze over for a 10-55, as to which i receive no response from mr Haze for about a minute showing to intent of pulling over, my lights and sirens were both on. Mr Haze decided to pull over at Peaceful Street after which my backup arrived and we initiated a 10-66 on Mr Haze. After discussion with Detective Deul i decided to place Evading an officer and Reckless operation on Mr Haze after which he was lead to DOC to serve his time. Mr Haze was told his rights to which he agreed he understood.
