NOTICE OF RECEIPT

IN THE SUPERIOR COURT OF SAN ANDREAS

The State of San Andreas v. Becks Hirano
#26-BT-0061

The court has hereby received and acknowledged the above case on the 18th day of June, 2026.

The Superior Court Bench Trial system runs off of defendant responsiveness. If defendants are interacting with the court or their attorney, a Notice to Schedule will be posted with all parties being able note their availability. A Judge will then pick the most suitable time for trial. Once a trial has been scheduled, the court will consider most submissions to be final.

Prior to scheduling, the defendant is encouraged to reach out to a licensed defense attorney in order to prepare a proper defense. The defendant is further encouraged to speak with an authorized individual at Rockford Hills City Hall, Mission Row Police Station, or Paleto Bay Sheriff's Office for official clarification on the specific charges received and their respective date and times, as once the case has been activated, any omitted charges will be considered abandoned and unable to be disputed within this case.

Respectfully,

        Date of Arrest: 13/JUN/2026

Narrative: Explain what happened in detail, provide sufficient detail to justify the charges. Video and image evidence can be provided. Specifically state why each charge listed was placed.
Whilst patroling through Benny's, I observed Isabella Fonto sat in a wheelchair aiming a pink .50 pistol at Becks Hirano and Gareth Barr. I then detained Isabella and questioned her on why she was aiming the gun at people. Whilst investigating and questioning Isabella, Becks was constantly interrupting me and kept bringing up various other situations to try and threaten me into not taking action against Isabella. I repeatidly asked Becks to step away from the area so I could continue with my investigation and specifically stated if she continued she would be arrested for obstruction. She did not heed to my warnings so I was unable to continue my investigation. I made the decision, with the evidence available, to arrest Isabella and then when I placed Isabella in handcuffs Becks clocked off and left. I transported Isabella to DOC and then placed a warrant report on Becks.

Becks was later pulled over by Chief Steel and she was arrested.
