  • Exhibit #1 Arrest Report

    Los Santos Police Department

    ARREST REPORT
    "TO PROTECT AND TO SERVE"

    • ARREST DETAILS
      • Arresting Officer: Zero Hunter
        Callsign: 3-K-2

        Date of Arrest: 19/MAY/2026
        Officers Involved:
        • Police Detective II Zero Hunter
        • Deputy Chief Samuel Martin
        • Police Officer II Chud Stone
        • Police Commander George Hill
Narrative: Explain what happened in detail, provide sufficient detail to justify the charges. Video and image evidence can be provided. Specifically state why each charge listed was placed.
A CODE-1 was called at Legion Square by a Unit whilst Detective Hunter was doing paperwork at the station in MRPD. Instantly responding to the panic alongside Chief Martin who got into the car too, Officer Stone was seen driving away in a shot up cruiser. He ditched his cruiser, called out that Locos had shot them up and that it was a Kamacho. The Officer mentioned that their tyres were also taken so they may have gone Benny's. Arriving at the Panic a deceased officer was found laying on the floor besides his shot up cruiser. The now three stacked unit went to Benny's and managed to find the Kamacho which instantly evaded. At this time Commander Hill also had joined in the pursuit, the Kamacho was 100% confirmed to be the same Kamacho by Officer Stone who had witnessed everything so tyres were very quickly taken on it around the Bank. One suspect got out of the car and kept his hands up, another ran on foot. Officer Stone and Hunter ended up losing the suspect and went back to the first suspect.

While on their way back, the suspect that got away was traced and seemed to be at the original location again, this was when another shootout began and Chief Martin was injured in the fight, Commander Hill left his suspect in the back of the car to go assist Chief Martin to which he managed to save him and bring down the suspect. During this time Hunter was checking up on Commander Hill's suspect with Chud and on arrival saw Thomas Alfie, out of his draugur and actively looking through the crashed out original suspect Kamacho and then even trying to open the door for the suspect in the back of the Police Kamacho. On arrival we had too much to deal with so Hunter did not arrest him instantly and told him to leave the scene twice. He kept asking what was going on and not leaving the scene. He then eventually left and the suspect was moved to the main scene literally in the alleyway below. Ths was where once again not even 30 seconds later Thomas Alfie arrives again in his Draugur, looking around the scene to which he was told to leave for a third time during a still active CODE 1 whilst treating injured suspects and officers, with other people on their frequency and driving around. This was where Detective Hunter shot Thomas Alfie's Draugur's tyre using only a couple bullets purely as warning shots and detterence to leave the scene. The suspect drove off for a total of 5 seconds before for a fifth time returning, getting his tyres shot again as he aimed his Draugur towards the scene slowly driving towards it. He finally decided to get out of the car, put his hands up and screamed "Badge Number" a few times. Detective Hunter approached the man as the scene had now calmed down, units taken to MD etc and placed Thomas Alfie under arrest.
