- I will secure it within a code locked safe that is blast resistant, fire resistant and bolted into both the floor and wall inside my closet. The safe has a biometric finger scanner and a code lock as a backup in case of wet or dirty fingers. Nobody but me will know the code or have their fingerprint saved. I will be the only one that knows the location and code to the safe and the only person with access to it.

The licensee authorizes the licensing agency to investigate, as they deem necessary, the licensee's record and character to ascertain any and all information which may concern his/her qualifications and justification to be issued a license to carry a personal firearm and release said agency of any and all liability arising out of such investigation.
