NOTICE OF RECEIPT

IN THE SUPERIOR COURT OF SAN ANDREAS

The State of San Andreas v. Dylan Deltoid
#26-BT-0047

The court has hereby received and acknowledged the above case on the 8th day of May, 2026.

The Superior Court Bench Trial system runs off of defendant responsiveness. If defendants are interacting with the court or their attorney, a Notice to Schedule will be posted with all parties being able note their availability. A Judge will then pick the most suitable time for trial. Once a trial has been scheduled, the court will consider most submissions to be final.

Prior to scheduling, the defendant is encouraged to reach out to a licensed defense attorney in order to prepare a proper defense. The defendant is further encouraged to speak with an authorized individual at Rockford Hills City Hall, Mission Row Police Station, or Paleto Bay Sheriff's Office for official clarification on the specific charges received and their respective date and times, as once the case has been activated, any omitted charges will be considered abandoned and unable to be disputed within this case.

Respectfully,

  • Exhibit #2 Witness statment Officer Boots
    Hello Captain,

Some time has passed since this event, but based on the arrest reports my suspect in this scene was
Ricky Wiener, who was the RO of the Draugur that was being stopped with Dylan Deltoid as a occupant.

    Ricky Wiener arrest report

Which I believe was in relation to Ricky Wiener Warrant

Myself (Police Officer III James Boots) and other officers were preparing for a felony stop, when the draugur took off and attempted to evade law enforcement.

The vehicle then circled around Red Parking and Arcadius, where the draugur lost control and crashed under the bridge by the tunnel leading to Lower Pillbox from Lower Power street.

The two occupants, jumped out both equiped with Class 2 firearms and began opening fire on Law Enforcement

Mr Wiener had a normal pump shotgun, and Mr Deltoid utilized a Bullpup shotgun.

This led to a small shootout between LSPD and Dylan Deltoid and Ricky Wiener, before both were incapacitated.

Once incapacitated, they were both cuffed, read their rights, and transported to Lower Pillbox for medical treatment before being processed at DOC

Both of the firearms used in this situation are logged internally within DB.
