My name is Rio Gatlin and I was born and raised in Los Santos. I was raised by my grandfather who is a retired police officer and US veteran. From a young age he taught me the importance of discipline, professionalism and hard work.
I have always been a hard worker and started working in corner shops and car washes from the age of 12. More recently, I have worked in various clubs around the city as a bouncer and doorman.
Outside of work I enjoy playing football and going to the gym. I also fix and mod cars in my spare time.
2.2 Why do you want to join the San Andreas Department of Corrections, and why should we hire you over other applicants? (minimum 75 words)
The neighbourhood I grew up in and the areas surrounding it are hot spots for criminal activity. As I grew up there, the people that I see committing these crimes are people who I went to school with, people I attended church with, and people who I know are capable of doing good. I sincerely believe that with the proper rehabilitation, people who are unfortunate enough to be led down the wrong path can transform into law-abiding citizens who contribute positively to society.
