2. Current/Previous Employment
2.1 Current/Past Department: LSPD
2.2 Position Held: Police Officer III
2.3 Division(s): Mission Row Patrol Division and Field Training Division
2.4 Divisional Command?: None during most recent reinstatement with LSPD.
2.5 Direct Supervisor: Lieutenant Saurian Logan
2.6 Contact Number/Email Address of your Direct Supervisor: N/A
2.7 Desired Position: Correctional Officer I
2.8 Why should we accept you for that position?: I was employed with LSPD for three and a half years and through that duration I gained a vast amount of experience in relation to processing at DOC and its protocols/procedures. I am looking to find another line of work and I believe that DOC is right up my alley with a friendly approach to everyone, while also having a stern side when necessary. I consider myself a dedicated and determined individual when I set my sights to something and at this moment that is DOC. I am eager to learn what I do not know from the standard operations within DOC and excited to turn the page in my next chapter.

3. Reason for Resignation
3.1 Why are you leaving/why did you leave your current department?
As stated, I was employed with LSPD for three and a half years. Through that stent I feel as if I had accomplished all that I wanted. During multiple reinstatements, I had reached Sergeant and was a department supervisor within the Rockford Hills Patrol Division. I held Assistant Commanding Officer of the Traffic Enforcement Division. Field Training Program Coordinator within the Field Training Division. Senior Pilot within the Air Support Division. SWAT Officer as a full time and reserve member within the Metropolitan Division. Applicant handler, interviewer, and instructor of the Recruitment and Employment Division. Community Relations Officer within Media Relations. As well as a member of the Advanced Training Division and Firearms Licensing Division.
3.2 What qualifications do you have that would be an asset to the San Andreas Department of Corrections?
I consider myself to be friendly and approachable. Regardless of an individuals background, I believe I am great at closing the distance and shedding differences. Despite being on the calmer side in terms of my demeanor, I am capable of becoming stern and stressing my point when it is deemed necessary. With the three and a half years of LSPD experience, I have processed countless individuals. I follow guidelines and protocols and do not sway from them. I enjoy learning and aiding others in their ability to improve. Largely helping when it came to training Cadets within the LSPD. That same mindset will benefit in my willingness and enjoyment to assist new hires through their process.

I have received a few admin punishments on my Leo Larson character. All relatively early on in my play of the ECRP server. I tased an armed suspect, who was aiming their firearm in an attempt to not shoot them and merely apprehend (As a Cadet). Collided into an evading suspect's vehicle during a pursuit and I dismounted the cruiser to apprehend the suspect, instead of roleplay any injuries. During a pursuit, while attempting to catch up to a wheeling BF400, I drove at what was deemed excessive speeds on steep hills and ramping into the air. These punishments were from 2021 or later.
