Im Jade Payne, sassy, levelheaded, and quick on my feet. I’ve spent the last few years learning how to navigate high-pressure situations and deal with all walks of life. Im driven, adapt quickly, and Im ready for something that challenges me. Im applying to the Department of Corrections because I want to bring structure to my life while making a real difference for the community. I believe in holding myself accountable, staying composed under stress, and treating people with fairness, empathy and respect. Im not afraid to take charge, follow orders, or stand my ground when it really counts.

I want to join DOC because Im ready for a career that challenges me mentally and physically while allowing me to make a real impact. What sets me apart is my street smarts, resilience, and drive to prove myself. I may not come from a traditional background, but I bring real-world experience, sharp instincts, and a strong sense of discipline to the table.
