Charge(s):
  • Evading, Murder, Driveby of a gov, possesion of a controlled substance
Narrative:
I am here writing an appeal for my charges, I was running from my diner in mirror park towards the bank. I had put some cash into the bank and began running back towards the diner, whilst i was running down i picked up bullets from the ground just because i was curious, i was then picked up later by a friend where I had attempted to locate my Issi Sport that I had not been in possesion of for some time. My driver had something to do up north so i decided to just ride with him and find my Issi later. We were then pulled over and the police had found me with the bullet casings that had apparently came from a shooting that had happened earlier that day. They claimed that because i had a santa hat on that i was at the scene of a murder and was also shooting police. This is simply untrue.

    ARREST REPORT
    "TO PROTECT AND TO SERVE"

    MUGSHOT
    • SUSPECT DETAILS
      • Full Name: Tommy Bean
        Phone Number: 2464095
        Licenses Suspended: Yes
        Officers Involved:
        • Police Detective III Cyrus Carver
        • Police Officer III Luca Andollini
        • Police Officer III+1 Dean Molloy
        Charges:
        • SF02 - Murder
        • VF01 - Evading an Officer
        • WF02 - Shooting from a Vehicle (Drive-By)
      INCIDENT NARRATIVE
      • Incident Date: 04/FEB/2025

Explain what happened, sufficient detail must be given to justify the placed charges, videos could be provided.
        • Two individuals were seen executing someone on the floor in front of the tattoo shop next to Fudge Lane. Upon LSPD officers attempting to intervene, the two suspects got into a jugular owned by Callum Goat. The Jugular evaded and immediately opened fire on law enforcement. One of the occupants that entered the jugular and fired on law enforcement matched the known description of Tommy Bean. The individual had a santa hat over their mask.

Detective Cyrus Carver confirmed the execution of the body. Next to the body was an Issi Sport owned by Tommy Bean.

The same Jugular was found up north by the Sheriffs Office. Tommy Bean was found inside the jugular and detained alongside the driver which was the owner of the Jugular Callum Goat. Tommy Bean was found in possession of deformed bullets. The bullets were compared and tested by Detectives. The bullets matched the Submachine Gun of Officer Luca Andollini which had fired at the Jugular previously. The Jugular was covered in bullet holes.

Tommy Bean was found in possession of a Santa Hat which matched the description of the one seen evading and shooting law enforcement. Given the fact that Tommy Beans Issi Sport was at the murder scene, Tommy Bean was in possession of bullets fired from officers AND a Santa Hat matching the suspect that evaded and fired at law enforcement. Tommy Bean was charged with the murder, evasion and driveby.
      EVIDENCE DETAILS
      • Document the possessions confiscated from the arrested suspect.
Possessions are to be documented individually, examples of documented illegal possessions are "Pistol .50" or "12 grams of Cocaine". Phone Number: Redacted
Occupation: POLICE OFFICER III+1 Dean Molloy, Los Santos Police Department
    Witness Statement
    • On 06/FEB/2025 4-D-21 was patrolling around the Mirror Park area.

Driving towards the industrial area, 3 vehicles were spotted in the middle of the road by the tattoo shop. There was a Jugular & issy sport and another sports vehicle.
While approaching the scene I Dean Molloy noticed an individual on the floor, injured, and a man shooting a silenced .50 Pistol killing the victim in cold blood.
The suspect was wearing a Santa Hat on top of the mask he had on his face. The moment he saw us pulling up he jumped into a Jugular that later opened fire on officers.
My unit remained on the scene for further investigations, and Detective Carver showed up later.

The Issy left on the scene was owned by one Tommy Bean.

    Case Information
    • Incident Date: 04/FEB/2025
    Witness Information
    • Name: Luca Andollini
      Date of Birth: [REDACTED]
      Phone Number: [REDACTED]
Occupation: Police Officer III+1, Los Santos Police Department
    Witness Statement
    • On the date and around the time of the incident- I was stationed at Vinewood police station.
A radio call was made that a black Jugular just left the scene of a shootout after murdering another individual following a callout that the vehicle is actively being pursued in one of the tactical channels.
I have joined the tactical channel and remained at Vinewood station as the pursuit was heading that way. Shortly into the pursuit, another callout was made that the suspect vehicle has opened fire on pursuing law enforcement. I dismounted and opened fire on the vehicle as it passed by. I then ran back to my cruiser to re-join the pursuit but visual was lost.
Vehicle was shortly after found by SD on a dirt road leading from Sandy to DOC where I was called on the scene. I was asked to fire my tactical SMG so detectives can run ballistics and so I did. Detectives then ran ballistics from the bullets I shot and bullets recovered from the car and it came back as a match.

Superior Court of San Andreas
"EQUAL JUSTICE UNDER LAW"

COURT DECISION

IN THE SUPERIOR COURT OF SAN ANDREAS

State of San Andreas v. Tommy Bean

A decision was reached in the above case on the 11th day of July, 2025.

Due to a lack of response from the defendant in the above case, the case will now be accepting the plea of guilty from the defendant. The defendant was given ample time to interact with the courts and file availability. If any of the dates and times did not align with the schedule of the defendant, they were able to contact the courts stating the like. As little to no contact has been made with the courts in the past 3-4 weeks, this case will now be archived and the charges will remain on the record of the defendant.
