    • Conducted a 10-55 of a white BLISTA occupied X2, when I asked the driver for the license he drove off, I followed him and it turned to a pursuit where we ended up catching him on Senora Freeway. He turned out not having a valid driver's license. He was charged with the appropriate charges and placed in jail.

  • I was patrolling when I conducted a 10-55 of a white BLISTA occupied X2, when I asked the driver for the license he drove off, I followed him and it turned to a pursuit where we ended up catching him on Senora Freeway. He turned out not having a valid driver's license. He was charged with the following:
    VF01 - Evading an Officer
    VM01 - Operating a Vehicle without a Valid License
    Then the suspect was detained and placed in prison.

A decision was reached in the above case on the 11th day of July, 2025.

Due to a lack of response from the defendant in the above case, the case will now be accepting the plea of guilty from the defendant. The defendant was given ample time to interact with the courts and file availability. If any of the dates and times did not align with the schedule of the defendant, they were able to contact the courts stating the like.
