      • There was an ongoing GND investigation that led me to end up at Boat Mors. This was where I watched the two suspects both get out of their car, reach into a bag and they were witnessed stripping firearms. This led to me calling in additional units to the location and pulling them over for a 10-55. They were PID'd and asked to step out which they did. During a patdown as we already had confirmed firearms from the investigation that they were armed. On Anthon's person I found .50 AE Bullets and then further patting down of his passenger Eddy Connors led to a bag being found with a heavy rifle, Ak Mk2 and 2 Pistol .50 Firearms. After getting them both in the back of my car I asked Anthon to make it easier for the both of themselves and tell me whos is whos and Anthon admitted the AK Mk2 and .50 were his. So they were both charged with Class 1 and Class 2. During the reasoning asked at the 10-55, I made the excuse of "PD GND needing them for something", this was something PD GND said was fine as it was for my safety knowing that if it was for something I needed we already knew that they had affiliates in the area and had even threatened myself with an ambush. Eventually PD GND replied to DOC after their processing saying they were no longer needed.

  • Exhibit #2: Bodycam footage - Investigator Zero Hunter, 08/APR/2025
    * /do you would see the vehicle above Boat Mors bridge on Dutch London Street as the unit arrived and stopped. Zero would be on a gang frequency and monitoring it actively. Two men would be seen in purple getting out of a Firebolt and standing next to it, leaning down into a bag and playing around with firearms/ammunition. They would then be seen getting back into the vehicle and parking up on the side where Zero would head down and pull them over. Attempting to pull them over, which he did so successfully. He would first be seen PIDing them and getting 10-70s and then be seen talking to Lieutenant Rimmer about this being a group of people who have confirmed firearms which was mentioned on their freq. There were two more on the way too. Hunter would pull them out of the car one by one, detaining them and placing them in the cruiser. Hunter would be seen approaching Anthon and mentioning that he can speed this up if he didn’t want to wait around for fingerprints. To which Anthon admits to the AK Mk2 being his and a .50 firearm. They would both be taken and transported to DOC where they would start their time.

    Witness Statement
    • [Hello,

This situation was very simple, GND was watching over ESM members as we had knowledge of a fight that may be about to happen between ESM and Empire. Our investigation into ESM led us to finding out that Empire wanted to deploy a boat, stack it up and try to use it in a shootout against ESM. I went over to boat parking to see if they would be there and they were. I saw a two times occupied Purple Firebolt ACP and watched over them from the bridge above. They decided to get out of the car as I watched them from above, one of them dropped a bag and they both went into the bag and I witnessed them handling firearms. As I knew these suspects had firearms on them but there was two of them and maybe more as they seemed to be waiting I went and got the car's plate and it came back to the suspects in question. I then pulled it over and conducted a normal 10-55 for starters. I made it seem like I was questioning them being at the boat dock loitering so I managed to get their ID and waited for additionals. After around two minutes my units arrived and I asked the driver to step out, they did so and were detained. I patted them down and went through the procedure as we had information and knowledge of them having guns, and I then witnessed the guns. He was found to have ammo on his person and thus was arrested.

His passenger was then asked to step out and detained too, on his person we found a bag which inside had 1x Heavy Rifle, 1x AK Mk2, 2x Pistol .50. I went over to Anthon and he told me the Ak Mk2 was his along with one of the .50s to speed up the process rather than having to do forensics. They were both taken to DOC where they were both processed by DOC, overall pretty compliant so no other charges were needed.]
    Witness Affirmation
    • I, [Zero Hunter], affirm that the above statement is true to the best of my knowledge and belief. I affirm that this statement has been made voluntarily, made without promise of reward, and made not under threat, force, or coercion. ((I affirm that all information submitted has been obtained via In-Character means.))

      Signed,

COURT DECISION

IN THE SUPERIOR COURT OF SAN ANDREAS

State of San Andreas v. Anthon Chapel

A decision was reached in the above case on the 11th day of July, 2025.

Due to a lack of response from the defendant in the above case, the case will now be accepting the plea of guilty from the defendant. The defendant was given ample time to interact with the courts and file availability. If any of the dates and times did not align with the schedule of the defendant, they were able to contact the courts stating the like. As little to no contact has been made with the courts in the past 3-4 weeks, this case will now be archived and the charges will remain on the record of the defendant.
