      Date of Birth: 15/MAY/1993
      Phone Number: 287-3081
Occupation: Police Lieutenant II, Los Santos Police Department
    Witness Statement
    • Captain Steel informed us that there was a big convoy of vehicles at the Airport so I headed there to check it out. Upon arriving I noticed a deceased person next to a building, with multiple vehicles around it. I focused on a Drauger that was occupied multiple times, as soon as I tried to pull it over, they started to shoot at me from the vehicle, which I called out over the radio. Units that were responding to me as backup, dismounted their vehicle and took few tires of the vehicle while I continued the chase. We continued all the way to the Calais Avenue where while I was being active shot at from the vehicle, I managed to disable their vehicle. Units dismounted and withdrew their firearms, to which the suspects did the same and a short firefight ensued with all 4 suspects being injured. Chaza Williams was the driver of the vehicle.

We couldn't confirm exactly who of the passengers shot from the vehicle, so they weren't charged for it. Chaza was the only one that we can confirm was part of the Drive-By shooting, so he received the charge.
    Witness Affirmation
    • I, Elise Cavallera, affirm that the above statement is true to the best of my knowledge and belief. I affirm that this statement has been made voluntarily, made without promise of reward, and made not under threat, force, or coercion. Case Information

    Witness Information
    • Name: Elijah Allen
      Date of Birth: 11/JAN/1999
      Phone Number: 351-4274
Occupation: Police Officer III, Los Santos Police Department
    Witness Statement
    • Before Lieutenant Elise Cavallera was commanded by Captain Jason Steele, a pursuit of an Issi Sport passed by LSIA, where a convoy of vehicles was spotted. The pursuit of the Issi Sport ended after the suspects opened fire at the police. Captain Jason Steele instructed Lieutenant Cavallera to return to LSIA, as most of it is a restricted area, and he wanted to be advised if everything was going smoothly.

Lieutenant Cavallera observed the vehicles on the runway and inside a hanger, which were restricted zones. Anyone found inside without permission could be considered trespassing. While investigating, Lieutenant Cavallera also witnessed a dead body and four stacked Drauger occupied by: Chase Vincero, Tyler Liang, Cleetus Johnson, and Chaza Williams. Lieutenant Cavallera attempted a traffic stop, but the Drauger vehicle returned fire instead of stopping. She immediately called it out over the radio.

Officer Elijah Allen and Detective Edward Linton, who were on Shinobi bikes pursuing the Issi Sport at the time, responded to Lieutenant Cavallera's backup call. The officers dismounted their bikes and began returning fire at the Drauger to neutralize the threat and bring the vehicle to a stop. The reason Officer Allen and Detective Linton engaged was to protect Lieutenant Cavallera, as she was alone in her vehicle and unable to return fire, with the surrounding area being densely populated.

The chase continued until a unit successfully brought the Drauger to a stop near Dutch London Street, across from the gas station south of Weazel News. The suspects quickly exited the vehicle and, without hesitation, began shooting at the officers. LSPD officers, who were well trained, neutralized all four suspects without any officers suffering serious injuries. Basic life support was provided by the officers on the scene until medics arrived and took over, transporting the suspects to Pillbox Medical Center for further treatment and full recovery.

After being treated at Pillbox MD, the suspects were transported to Mission Row, where DOC was on standby and ready to take them into custody.
    Witness Affirmation

I affirm that this statement has been made voluntarily, made without promise of reward, and made not under threat, force, or coercion. Docket Notice

"EQUAL JUSTICE UNDER LAW"

  • Parties,

This is to serve as a FIRST notice to the defendant that bench trials are currently scheduled on multiple days throughout the week. Please notify the court if these times do not work for you. The expectation of the court is that each defendant file a notice for availability in the next 7 days. Date, times, and formatting shown here. The courts will only provide the defendant three notices prior to involuntarily dismissing the case in favor of prosecution due to lack of response from the defendant.

Please note there is the possibility of a trial happening if defendants show up to City Hall and both a judge and defense attorney are available.

Additionally, defense, would you like to provide a response to the Motion to Amend submitted by the defendant?

COURT DECISION

IN THE SUPERIOR COURT OF SAN ANDREAS

State of San Andreas v. Chaza Williams

A decision was reached in the above case on the 11th day of July, 2025.

Due to a lack of response from the defendant in the above case, the case will now be accepting the plea of guilty from the defendant. The defendant was given ample time to interact with the courts and file availability. If any of the dates and times did not align with the schedule of the defendant, they were able to contact the courts stating the like. As little to no contact has been made with the courts in the past 3-4 weeks, this case will now be archived and the charges will remain on the record of the defendant.
