- Honorable Judge Hugh R. Allgood and pertaining parties,
Both Mr. Dean Braxton and Mr. Leon Deveroux are no longer pursuing this case. Mr. Braxton has clearly stated that he no longer wishes to move forward with the proceedings. In addition, he has affirmed to the Defense that Mr. Deveroux is no longer residing in the City of San Andreas. Mr. Deveroux has also not responded to any communications from the Defense, including an email sent on May 24th, 2025.
Given Mr. Braxton's confirmation and Mr. Deveroux's complete lack of contact or participation, we believe it is appropriate to apply this update to both defendants.
We understand this means the charges will remain on their records, and that no formal motion is required, in accordance with the precedent set in State of San Andreas v. Maximiliaan Calliope. This notice is submitted simply to inform the Court that both defendants wish to discontinue the case.
