        Phone Number: 4104424
        Licenses Suspended: Yes
        Officers Involved:
        • Police Officer II Mark Harrelson
        Charges:
        • VF01 - Evading an Officer

      • Incident Date: 18/OCT/2024

Explain what happened, sufficient detail must be given to justify the placed charges, videos could be provided.
        • Officer Harrelson was informed that a person at the impound has an active warrant. Officer Harrelson arrived to the impound, identified the wanted man and arrested him. There was no ressitance, he was told why he was arrested, searched and put in the back of Harrelson's cruiser. He was taken to DOC for processing. He was alone through out the incident and didn't show any resistance. I can't say why the charges were placed because he had a warrant and the charges were originally issued by Officer Foxx.
      EVIDENCE DETAILS
      • Document the possessions confiscated from the arrested suspect.
Possessions are to be documented individually, examples of documented illegal possessions are "Pistol .50" or "12 grams of Cocaine". Legal possessions that can be categorized may be grouped, eg. "Clothing" to describe all clothing items. Body camera footage/pictures may be attached as an evidence exhibit.

Where possible, the serial number of each firearm seized as evidence should be noted.

    Witness Statement
    • On the date mentioned, officers pursued Chaza Williams when he entered the underground tunnel system. He had a friend wait to try to block us with a truck there. Upon failing to block us in, he jumped into the car and sped off from officers. A little later, the driver, Chaza Williams, crashed and was arrested, but his friend got away. I went back and ran fingerprints on the truck that was used to block us in, and they came back to one Augustus Spencer linking him to the crime. After the prints were gathered, charges were placed, and a warrant report was written along with a BOLO for Augustus Spencer.

Occupation: Sergeant II, Los Santos Police Department
    Witness Statement
    • We were in pursuit of Chaza Williams when units called in his known associate, Augustus Spencer, stating he was attempting to block a tunnel using a large truck. He was not very successful, and at some point during the exchange, Mr. Spencer got out and jumped into Mr. Williams vehicle, which then continued to evade. I was in the high speed unit, and was not in the tunnel during the incident, though I did catch up to them on the outside of the tunnel and followed until Chaza crashed the vehicle off the side of Palamino Freeway. The two then used the few seconds it took officers to get down there to start running away. Chaza was found and taken into custody, but Augustus Spencer managed to run away and hide. Units returned to the truck, including me, and collected prints from the vehicle. The truck was registered to Augustus Spencer, his prints were fresh on the steering wheel, and officers who were involved in the attempted blockade seemed to recognize him. He also has well know affiliations with Mr. Williams and is known to pull these kinds of tricks. Officer Foxx then placed the warrant.

Docket Notice

"EQUAL JUSTICE UNDER LAW"

  • Parties,

This is to serve as a FIRST notice to the defendant that bench trials are currently scheduled on multiple days throughout the week. Please notify the court if these times do not work for you. The expectation of the court is that each defendant file a notice for availability in the next 7 days. Date, times, and formatting shown here. The courts will only provide the defendant three notices prior to involuntarily dismissing the case in favor of prosecution due to lack of response from the defendant.

Please note there is the possibility of a trial happening if defendants show up to City Hall and both a judge and defense attorney are available.

    Respectfully,

COURT DECISION

IN THE SUPERIOR COURT OF SAN ANDREAS

State of San Andreas v. Augustus Spencer
#25-CM-0025

A decision was reached in the above case on the 22nd day of June, 2025.

Due to a lack of response from the defendant in the above case, the case will now be involuntarily dismissed. The defendant was given ample time to interact and file availability. If any of the dates and times did not align with the schedule of the defendant, they were able to contact the courts stating the like. As no contact has been made with the courts aside from the initial filing, this case will now be dismissed and the charges will remain on the record of the defendant.
