  • I’m interested in working with the San Andreas Judicial Branch because I understand how important it is to have a system that works fairly and efficiently, especially in a state like ours, where things don’t always go by the book. Over the years, I’ve developed a strong understanding of how the system operates, both on the surface and behind the scenes. I know how important it is to handle things with discretion, to pay attention to detail, and to make decisions that actually serve the public. I’m not looking to interpret the law in theory, I want to help make sure it works in practice, with integrity and accountability at the core.

  • My name’s Otis Milton. For the past several years, I’ve worked in and around the legal system in New Mexico, helping clients deal with tough, high stress situations where the stakes are often personal and real. I’ve learned how to spot what others miss, approach problems from angles most wouldn’t consider, and handle things quietly and professionally. What makes me different is that I don’t just rely on what’s written I pay attention to what’s not being said, and that’s often where the real answers are.

The starting position for every member of the Judicial Branch is PARALEGAL TRAINEE while you go through training before having the option to take the Bar examination at which point you will be given a $20,000 bonus. This step is entirely optional for paralegal trainees. The starting pay for this position is $6500 an hour.
