    • [There was a call put in to dispatch of a stolen ATM. J-tac was called as we were short staffed. Deputy Clay Thompson arrived on scene with his trainee Jimmy Casteel and a member of PD Elijah Allen arrived by him self to assist Clay and Jimmy in the chase. They immediately came under fire from the passengers of the stolen Blue Buffalo STX, LP 11S1, VIN DNWDDF5AR5WXEA000, RO Zoey Deul. They called over j-tac that they were being shot at. both units in the chase had the tires shot out of both PD and SD cruisers. I managed to catch up to the pursuit and my trainee returned fire as we were being shot at. Our tires were also shot out at this point but Thomas Lugo and Jimmy Casteel managed to shoot out the Buffalo's tires and also render the two people shooting incapacitated. The Buffalo then spun out on the bridge and the driver jumped off the bridge into the river, Clay Thomas remained with the trainees to search and detain the shooters while i followed Elijah Allen after the driver... After a breif swim the driver got out of the water an attempted to kill Elijah Allen, I never entered the river and was on the other side and managed to incapacitate the suspect. I provided BLS to Elijah and the other suspect.

      Occupation: Sergeant, LSSD
    Witness Statement
    • During a late night shift involving multiple shootouts we received a 911 call about an ATM being ripped out of the wall. My unit was the first to get behind the vehicle and confirmed the vehicle they were in belonged to Detective Duel from the LSPD, we were perusing it for a total of 3 seconds before multiple shots were fired from their vehicle, hitting us and taking our tires. We quickly lost visual due to the loss of tires, other units quickly caught up to them due to the ATM being tracked and I authorized their tires to be taken. After their tires were taken both occupants of the vehicle continued to fire at Deputies & Officers so my unit got to the lead pursuit unit and I proceeded to fire at the Passangers until both were injured, then we stopped firing and the driver shortly crashed, disabling the vehicle before getting out on foot, running away and shooting at Deputies / Officers until being shot down as well. After they were all shot down we got MD on the scene ASAP for treatment and worked on cleaning up the scene and getting everything ready for transport.

COURT DECISION

IN THE SUPERIOR COURT OF SAN ANDREAS

State of San Andreas v. Oliver Crok

A decision was reached in the above case on the 11th day of July, 2025.

Due to a lack of response from the defendant in the above case, the case will now be accepting the plea of guilty from the defendant. The defendant was given ample time to interact with the courts and file availability. If any of the dates and times did not align with the schedule of the defendant, they were able to contact the courts stating the like. As little to no contact has been made with the courts in the past 3-4 weeks, this case will now be archived and the charges will remain on the record of the defendant.
