Why do you want to join the San Andreas Department of Corrections?
I want to help bring a new and refreshing outlook to the table in regards to the DOC, and try my absolute best to make the job and everything involved in it the best for everyone. I want to bring order and fairness to the DOC.

How do you handle pressure or stressful situations?
I have been involved several high stress situations, and I am very good at keeping myself calm. I mentally tell myself that I am okay, and I take long, deep breaths. I try and defuse whatever the situation is by talking with whoever it is involved in a calm and professional manner.

How much time and energy do you plan on dedicating towards the department in the event you are hired?
I plan to dedicate all of my time in the city to my job, and making it better for everyone involved.

What qualifications or traits do you possess that may be an asset to us (minimum 75 words)?
I am very good at talking to new people. I can address topics and situations in a relaxed and calm way, that will help the overall scenario stay under control. I can keep people in line, and use as little force necessary. I'm also pretty skilled in reading people and the way they act. I find it pretty easy when someone is trying to use me for their own benefit, or if someone is lying to me. I assess the situation, and base a conclusion off of the person's personality, their actions, and their morals.

Please provide a short biography about yourself (minimum 100 words):
I lived in Boston up until I was 14 years old. I always loved cowboys and the wild west growing up. I never got to experience anything like that in the city, so I would watch the family TV for hours watching old programs involving cowboys and Indians. As I grew older, I found a strong interest in the police force, specifically prison and how it works. It's always been a dream of mine to work in a correctional facility, and bring a new outlook to fellow co-workers and the inmates I'd be assigned to watch. I'm really loving Los Santos, and this would be an amazing job opportunity!

Why should we hire you over anyone else (minimum 100 words)?
Like mentioned above, many people have told me that I am quite a smooth talker. I can assess heated situations and defuse them quite easily, without using brute force. I'm a fairly passive and considerate person, therefore I'd do everything in my power to use words to keep prisoners in line instead of a baton or gun. I think that I could even help inmates begin to look at us more than just "pigs," and agree with our interests. I could bring a new and exciting vibe to the facility, and provide interesting new outlooks on everything related to the prison life.

Have you ever been convicted of a crime? If so, explain:
I have been convicted twice for accessory to armed robbery of a convenient store. The first case was when I had just moved to the city, I had met two people who seemed pretty cool at first. They had asked me if I was interested in making some fast cash, and being a new citizen, and admittedly poor, I agreed. I wasn't aware of what was going on until we had arrived to the store, but I didn't want to leave a bad impression on the only two "friends" I had in the city, so I hesitantly agreed. The second time, I had been hanging out with a Zetas member, which looking back now, I don't even know why I was talking to him. He had taken me to a remote store up north, and all but forced me to help him with the robbery. I was held at gunpoint by the Zetas member, and forced my hand to help him steal the money from the store. In both cases, I did not flee, nor was I even armed. As the police arrived, I 100% complied with their demands and forced myself to the ground when they asked. I had no questions, and knew what I did was wrong. I am fully aware of my actions, and I know that what I did was seriously wrong. I am a changed man and I have raised my standards much higher in regard as to who I associate myself with.
