LSPD Raids Home Used for Narcotics Production

LOS SANTOS, SA —
On the evening of April 20th, investigators assigned to the Los Santos Police Department's Gang and Narcotics Division executed a search warrant on a residential property. Assisted by a tactical element of the Department's D platoon to make entry, detectives from the gang unit made their way into the home after a surveillance operation concluded.

A search warrant was submitted for review and subsequently signed off on by a reviewing Judge, after which detectives moved fast, making entry into the home within thirty minutes of the warrant being issued by the San Andreas Judiciary. The surveillance operation, spearheaded by Commander Samuel Martin, observed a male suspect transporting drug manufacturing equipment in, out, and around the residential property. Captain Cyrus Carver of the LSPD's renowned gang unit gathered and led an apprehension team, which continued to maintain a visual on the suspect and later moved in to conduct the arrest.

"When we determined what was happening, a warrant was submitted and quickly signed. Before the ink dried, the outcome was already decided, and our people moved with no confusion or chaos, just controlled, measured, and exact execution.

What we found when the door was kicked in was a poison factory, designed to produce financial gain with zero care for the consequences of poisoning the streets and communities. When we left, it didn't exist anymore and was reduced to an empty space. The operation was entirely dismantled, and all evidence seized.

If you're out there, building an operation like this, thinking you're untouchable behind a locked door or tucked away in some secluded area, you need to understand something. You've never been more wrong. We don't chase noise and guess. We follow patterns and confirm. We will find you, and when we do, we won't need permission to enter your world. When that piece of paper is signed, it's already over.

This isn't about winning or losing the war on drugs. Our mission isn't symbolic, it's practical. It's about keeping innocent people who don't get a say in what happens around them safe from the poison flooding our streets. I promise you, you will be brought in, one way or another. Compliance ensures your day in court. Resistance is a decision to escalate, and some choices don't come with second chances. Your legacy will be ending up on a t-shirt."
— Captain II Cyrus Carver, Commanding Officer, Gang and Narcotics Division
Investigators found a large quantity of drug paraphernalia and chemicals, as well as a notable pile of ammunition and a stash of weaponry, modifications, and armor. They were able to confiscate the following items, which they have estimated to be approximately $635,000 worth of contraband:
  • 7 Class 2 firearms
  • 4 Class 1 firearms
  • 19 weapon modifications
  • 1,716 rounds of various types of ammunition
  • 1,500 units of drug paraphernalia and chemicals
  • 22 units of drugs
  • 8 pieces of body armor
The LSPD's gang unit continues to deliver strong results and achieve significant success in its proactive efforts to fight against narcotics manufacturing and distribution, operations which typically double as financial crutches for criminal organizations operating within the State.

Crime related to narcotics is not harmless; it fuels violence, destabilizes communities, and ruins lives, both young and old. The Los Santos Police Department treats it with zero tolerance.

The Los Santos Police Department's commitment to its mission of identifying and dismantling criminal networks remains steadfast. We ask citizens to stay alert and to report any suspicious activity through the Department's digital Tip Line. Together, we can keep Los Santos safe.
