My plan is to sell food/ beverages and all things mining supplies. my Goal is to be a one stop shop for the jeweler or smelter on the go who doesn't always have time to go hit the mines. They will be able to stop in load up on the supplies they need while I make a premium for doing the low down and dirty work, Hoping to import smelters and/or Jewelry bench's on site as well to offer to customers. I will rebuild the inside to accommodate Enough storage to sell bulk ingots and coal, enough vending machines to sell the ores, and enough safes to store bulk purchases. If allowed to import smelters will install a ventilation system to accommodate the smelters. If smelters arent possible will convert the rest of the area into seating and or more shelf space for ores/ingots

Ive spent many weeks building up supplies for this business at the smelter and mines, Ive created cost sheets and inventory tracking to account for profit/effort. I have cash ready to pay for the full 6 month lease term, and ample cash to fund improvements and upgrades to the property. I want to show what I can do when it comes to running a business and hopefully come out in the black. Ive always wished to own my own business in the city and this will be a good start for me to getting my feet wet
