

San Andreas Judicial Branch Adding an Expiration Date to Notices of Trespass "EQUAL JUSTICE UNDER LAW" |

The San Andreas Judicial Branch is pleased to announce the implementation of a standardized policy governing Court Orders – Notice of Trespass, effective March 8th, 2026.
In an effort to ensure consistency in enforcement and balanced protections for both property owners and affected individuals, all Notices of Trespass will now carry a defined duration of thirty (30) days from the date of issuance.
Under this new policy:- All Notices of Trespass will automatically expire thirty (30) days after the date of approval.
- Upon expiration, the order will no longer be enforceable unless formally renewed.
- Property owners who wish to maintain the restriction beyond the initial thirty-day period may request an extension by contacting either law enforcement or the Judicial Branch prior to the expiration date.
