
SAN ANDREAS PENAL CODE AMENDMENTS
(( Due to an issue getting some of these modifications added to the MDC OOCly, while signed into law January 4th, 2025, they are marked as officially added on March 11th, 2025. ))
Penal Code Amendments
In total, the following changes have been made:

- DF06 - Unlawful Administering of Drugs
- Creation of State of San Andreas Statutory Codes
- Statute and Precedent Law
(Provides for the creation of "Statue Law", that is, Law that does not necessarily result in arrest, but that all citizens are bound by such as Tax Law. Also provide for the codification of Judicial Precedent if considered important enough to warrant codification.) - Criminal Statute of Limitations
(Some exceptions apply to the following rules, with additional extensions. All investigative authorities have received a letter from the Board of Governors with details of this change.)- Misdemeanor Offenses - 6 Months
- Felony Offenses - 9 Months
- Serious Felony Offenses - No Limitation
- Business Licensing Bureau Authority
(Requirements for business owners to store important information, and for BLB to investigate businesses through audits.)

- WM01 - Unlawful Brandishing of a Firearm or Weapon (Weapon License: Intact -> 1 Day Suspension)
- GM03 - Possession of a Blade (Weapon License: Revoked -> Intact)
- GM04 - Resisting Arrest (Weapon License: Revoked -> Intact)
- GM08 - Vandalism (Weapon License: 1 Day Suspension -> Intact )
- GM10 - Failure to Comply / Identify (Weapon License: Revoked -> Intact)
- GM14 - Obstruction of Justice (Weapon License: Revoked -> Intact)
- GC03 - Disorderly Conduct (Weapon License: 1 Day Suspension -> Intact )
- AM04 - Disrupting Airport/Aircraft Operations (Weapon License: Revoked -> Intact)
