- The San Andreas State Government announces significant leadership changes within the Los Santos Emergency Medical Services (LSEMS). Effective immediately, Chief Mpache and the current high command team will be stepping down from their positions. We extend our sincere gratitude to Chief Mpache and the outgoing leadership for their dedication, expertise, and steadfast commitment to public health and safety during his tenure.
In response to this transition, SASG has appointed River Paige as the Interim Chief of LSEMS. Ms Paige will focus on restructuring the department and ensuring a seamless continuation of high-quality emergency medical services. Over the coming months, SASG will open applications for a permanent replacement to guide the department into a new era of public service, fixing issues highlighted by the State Government. We appreciate the patience of our communities as these changes are implemented and remain dedicated to supporting LSEMS in its mission to protect and serve all residents of Los Santos.
