Los Santos: After each month, supervisory personnel of the Los Santos Police Department conduct a thorough review of officer statistics within their divisions and nominate those who have shown significant dedication to the Department based on statistics such as duty hours, individual performances within divisions, administrative efforts, and above all, their embodiment of the values that the Department holds dear.
The title of "Officer of the Month" is distinguished and is awarded to officers who have demonstrated unwavering dedication, outstanding performance, and unrivaled professionalism in the line of duty, and who through their steadfast commitment to the communities and the pursuit of justice, embody the very essence of the core values of the Department, where excellence is not just another word, but the backbone on which our law enforcement philosophy is built.
This month, it is with great honor that we shine a light on, commend, and salute Police Officer III Stan Foxx for his efforts, dedication, and achievements. Officer Foxx has been voted Officer of the Month for November 2024.

Officer Foxx was nominated by Lieutenant II Elise Cavallera, who serves as his Assistant Commanding Officer within the Major Crimes Division. Lieutenant Cavallera had the following to say in the nomination for Officer Foxx.
Stan first joined the Police Department in 2019, on the 11th of August, almost 5 years ago after completing the Police Academy. A little over a month later Stan saw his first promotion to Police Officer I which set him up for a path of success - paving the way for his academy peers. Exactly a month later from his promotion to Police Officer I, Stan was promoted, or upgraded in our new jargon, to Police Officer II and then to Police Officer III in late November to solidify him as a senior Officer.
Stan would resign not too long after before reinstating in October of 2020 as a Police Officer II, close to a year later. A promotion followed to Police Officer III in late November 2020 before he was reassigned to the now Metropolitan Division as a SWAT Officer of the D Platoon. Foxx enrolled into the Supervisor Training Program as a Patrol Supervisor of the Vespucci Patrol Division before seeing a reassignment back to the M Platoon entirely as an Assistant Officer-in-Charge which was followed by a promotion to Police Sergeant I. Stan would later resign before returning to the Los Santos Police Department on the 9th of July this year, continuing his law enforcement career once again as he progressed to Police Officer III after being reinstated as a Police Officer II to receive the Officer of the Month award.

Lieutenant II Elise Cavallera, Assistant Commanding Officer, Major Crimes Division wrote: Officer Foxx has completed over 100 hours on shift this month, consistently working more than 20 hours per week. His attitude and demeanor while on duty exemplify those of an exemplary officer.
Although not directly visible to GOB, his contributions to DB set a standard of activity and dedication that others should aspire to in their respective divisions.
