    GENERAL FELONIES

    GF22 - Breach of Trust

    An individual is found guilty of GF22 - Breach of Trust when one of the following points is breached:

    1. A trustee treats information gained during employment with a government agency as their own, exercising control over said information.
    2. A trustee discloses, transfers, or utilizes entrusted information gained during employment with a government agency for personal gain or any purpose other than that for which it was entrusted.
    3. A trustee converts their limited control over entrusted information gained during employment with a government agency into full ownership, while the information remains under their stewardship.

    Definitions:

    1. Trustee: Any individual or entity entrusted with confidential information.
    2. Government Agency: Shall be defined by the executive branch, may be changing list of organizations that evolves with time.
