Los Santos: The Los Santos Police Department has been made aware of an indictment being brought against an employee of its Command Staff.
The indictment alleges that a member of LSPD Command Staff, identified as Captain Mike Luigi, used their police badge to pressure civilians into paying back past-due loans, that the language used within the contracts and terms for loans provided by the private company owned by Captain Luigi is predatory, and that property- and vehicle seizures occurred based on predatory clauses within contracts.
Chief of Police Elena Flores provided a brief statement on the current state of affairs concerning the indictment.
