Los Santos: After each month, supervisory personnel of the Los Santos Police Department conduct a thorough review of officer statistics within their divisions and nominate those who have shown significant dedication to the Department based on statistics such as duty hours, individual performances within divisions, administrative efforts, and above all, their embodiment of the values that the Department holds dear.
The title of "Officer of the Month" is distinguished and is awarded to officers who have demonstrated unwavering dedication, outstanding performance, and unrivaled professionalism in the line of duty, and who through their steadfast commitment to the communities and the pursuit of justice, embody the very essence of the core values of the Department, where excellence is not just another word, but the backbone on which our law enforcement philosophy is built.
This month, it is with great honor that we shine a light on, commend, and salute Police Officer II Cain Cooper for his efforts, dedication, and achievements. Officer Cooper has been voted Officer of the Month for February 2025.

Officer Cooper was first nominated by Sergeant II Saurian Logan, who serves as his Assistant Commanding Officer within the Mission Row Patrol Division. Captain Luigi, who serves as Officer Cooper's Commanding Officer, had the following to say about Officer Cooper:
Officer Cain Cooper graduated from the Los Santos Police Academy on November 9th, 2024, after which he was enrolled in the Field Training Program as a sworn police officer within the City of Los Santos. Cooper would make his way through the training at a relatively fast pace, seeing a promotion to Police Officer I on December 10th, following his successful completion of the training program.
Throughout his career, Cain has been assigned to the Mission Row Patrol Division. His direct supervisors noticed his performance, and on January 14th, 2025, he was promoted to Police Officer II. Officer Cooper has since broadened his horizons by joining the Traffic Enforcement Division, further showcasing his dedication to the basics of policing.
Today, Officer Cooper continues to serve as a training officer assigned to the Mission Row Patrol Division. He shares his knowledge and experience with the next generation of officers.
The Department finds it important to acknowledge the tireless efforts and unwavering dedication of our officers amidst the daily challenges and responsibilities.

Captain III Mike Luigi, Commanding Officer, Mission Row Patrol Division wrote: Officer Cooper has been on shift for 122 hours over the past four weeks. Submitting 106 non-optional and 24 optional pieces of paperwork, with 6 FTS' and 3 FPS'. Officer Cooper continues to be an active member in the field, frequently assisting where possible and, as shown with their statistics, often takes out Cadets.
