Los Santos: After each month, supervisory personnel of the Los Santos Police Department conduct a thorough review of officer statistics within their divisions and nominate those who have shown significant dedication to the Department based on statistics such as duty hours, individual performances within divisions, administrative efforts, and above all, their embodiment of the values that the Department holds dear.
The title of "Officer of the Month" is distinguished and is awarded to officers who have demonstrated unwavering dedication, outstanding performance, and unrivaled professionalism in the line of duty, and who through their steadfast commitment to the communities and the pursuit of justice, embody the very essence of the core values of the Department, where excellence is not just another word, but the backbone on which our law enforcement philosophy is built.
This month, it is with great honor that we shine a light on, commend, and salute Detective I Dymond Cole for her efforts, dedication, and achievements. Detective Cole has been voted Officer of the Month for December 2024.

Detective Cole was nominated by Captain I Jonathan Willowick, who serves as her Commanding Officer within the Major Crimes Division. Captain Willowick had the following to say in the nomination for Detective Cole.
Detective Cole first joined the Los Santos Police Department on October 21st, 2023, after graduating from the Los Santos Police Academy and enrolling in the Field Training Program. Dymond passed her field training and saw a promotion to Police Officer I nearing the end of November 2023. She continued to serve with the Police Department, eventually advancing to the role of Police Officer II, which saw a wide variety of career opportunities open up for her.
Dymond would resign a few months after her advancement to Police Officer II, following her transfer to the Los Santos County Sheriff's Department, where she continued her career and saw advancements to the eventual position of investigator. Almost a year after completing her training program with the Department, Dymond filed for transfer back to the Los Santos Police Department, which saw her return as a Detective assigned to the Major Crimes Division. Since her return, Detective Cole has continuously and consistently contributed to the Department and her assignments therein.
The Department finds it important to acknowledge the tireless efforts and unwavering dedication of our officers amidst the daily challenges and responsibilities.

Captain I Jonathan Willowick, Commanding Officer, Major Crimes Division wrote: Detective Cole has been doing well since her transfer from SD one month ago, clocking in 92.76 hours on shift. Detective Cole has continued to put in good effort within DB while conducting 3 FTS sessions and 1 FPS session as part of her contributions to Field Training.
