Why do you want to join the San Andreas Department of Corrections? I've heard a lot about the DOC lately in advertisements, sounding like you guys need the help. It isn't as complicated as being a police officer out on the streets; which is perfect for me because I don't like being on the dangerous streets for too long. I also would like the good job security and is a great job to put on a future resume.
What qualifications do you have that would be an asset to us? I've gone to college and mastered in communications. I would be able to communicate with all staff and inmates. I also have very good leadership skills and can make decisions on my own. I do better alone, but I can work in teams.
Have you any military of law enforcement history? No experience.
Have you ever been convicted of a crime? Nope
Why should we hire you over anyone else? (Minimum 100 words). In a government job like the DOC, you need to be willing to learn and engage in as many situations as you can. I can do this! I would be willing to spend lots of time training because I do not have any experience. After police officers contain these dangerous individuals, it is the responsibility of the team at DOC to make sure that the rest of the city is safe, and this is something I want to be known for. I want to be known for protecting the city while creating a positive environment for inmates. I could use my communication skills to convince some inmates not to commit crimes or to get information from inmates. I also can make decisions in tough conditions, for say a prison fight and will know how to break the fight up. I have all my licences and would be willing to start as soon as possible.
