                  Assessment
What is your motive behind joining this program?
I want to leave my past behind and become a better member of society. I have made mistakes before, but I understand the consequences of my actions and want to prove that I can live an honest life. This program is an opportunity to improve myself and earn back the trust of the community.

What do you think we can provide for you to assist in reformation and reintegration back into society?
I believe this program can teach me better decision-making, responsibility, and discipline. I also hope to receive guidance that will help me continue living a lawful life and become a productive member of society.

                    What are your goals?
My goal is to stay out of trouble, maintain stable employment, build a good reputation, and contribute positively to the community. I want my future to be defined by my actions rather than my past.

What would you do, when someone is doing criminal activities in front of you? How would you react to the situation?
I would not participate in any criminal activity. If it is safe to do so, I would distance myself from the situation and report it to the proper authorities. I understand that getting involved would only create more problems.

What would you do, when you are being pulled over by an Officer for speeding at 162km/hr in the city?
I would safely pull over as soon as possible, keep my hands visible, remain respectful, provide my identification and vehicle documents when requested, and fully cooperate with the officer. I would accept responsibility for my actions and follow any lawful instructions given to me.

Is this your first or second time in the program?
This is my first time in the program.
