- Yes. I was terminated from my position in LSSD due to my breach of the force matrix in the line of duty. I was arrested for this crime, which led me down the road of becoming a lawyer. It was mistake I made in fear of my own life, and one I deeply regret to this day

3.1) Why are you interested in Chief Public Defender? How would this align with your long-term goals?- I have become obsessed with the law since my swift exit from being an investigator for the LSSD. I studied for the bar for a very long time, and take great pride in the accomplishments I have under my wing since becoming an attorney. I have proudly run as the managing partner for Rockford Law since it's reopening late last year.
I am interested in the Chief Public Defender role as I am dedicated to making this state's judicial system something people can have faith in. For years I have heard too many citizens complain about the state of the judicial system, the fact that people would rather spend time in incarceration for a crime they really believe they have a good defence for, instead of speaking to a lawyer, disgusts me. People should want a good defence, a fair trial, they should want their rights to be respected. For all this to become true, the Judicial Branch needs to have good leadership who believes in this too, which is why I know I would be a great candidate for this position, it is all that I believe in.
- Firstly, having a wide range of staff across any time of day is vital. I would immediately launch a recruitment campaign. One that builds excitement around a career in the law, one that finds the best talent that is hidden in the pool of citizens this wonderful state has to offer.
I would offer personal 1 to 1 sessions showing newer lawyers any processes they seem unsure of, ensuring the quality of the work our junior attorneys bring are at the same quality I would expect to come from myself. I would build a legacy, a team full of people that I would be proud to one day hand over the mantle to. I would ensure our team are world-class. No single member would be neglected. I believe I have a talent at spotting when people are struggling, and therefore happily reach out for support.
- My obsession for improving the quality to our current Judicial System is such a powerful thing for me. I have dedicated my life since leaving Law Enforcement to building a higher trust in our state. I have a dream of seeing every citizen who is placed in handcuffs to know they have a strong chance of seeing a fair trial.
I believe that under my leadership citizens of Los Santos will start to have a belief in the system that is built for them. Our citizens will know they have an option to speak to a competent lawyer who will own their case, and represent them with the world-class quality I aim to achieve under my leadership.
My experience working in this system goes back years, and I have followed each evolution in the Judicial Branch since its founding. I believe what has let the system down before is dedication. The system needs leaders who are able to dedicate serious time and energy to work hard on every single case that falls on their desk. I believe I am that person.
- Yes. I plan to do a large recruitment drive to find the amazing talent I know this state has to offer. I want to build excitement around a career in law to bring in more personnel who will assist me in rebuilding the Judicial System to a stronger system our citizens have faith in.
I plan on reviewing every single process the Public Defence Division currently has in place, and streamlining any process that makes our system too difficult for our citizens to utilise or understand. I plan on building a leadership team who will assist in my plans to rebuild and fix a system that according to our citizens have failed them. I believe with a strong leadership team this can be done, and my dream of a system people can believe in will become true.

- Yes. Too many for me to explain as I've been in this community for almost 7 years. I can say that not a single punishment I've received has been a replicated offense. I have learned from each punishment I've ever received, and I believe I am a better person now than I was in the past when I received each punishment.
