Attorneys who have already successfully received their Bar License will be able to apply to the Judicial Branch directly to their starting position of a Junior Prosecuting Attorney with minimal training. The training regime is created in mind for those who have had legal training, but need a refresher, or those who need to become familiar with Judicial Branch policies.

This process is a streamlined way for those who have already demonstrated legal knowledge to enter the profession.

Upon accepting an employment offer from the San Andreas Judicial Branch, you will go through an orientation where you will be given a full tour of City Hall, shown the branch's fleet of vehicles, and given other general information pertinent to your employment with the branch. Unlike a Law Student, you will receive specific training that focuses on Judicial Branch policies and a refresher course for anyone who needs it. You will enter the Prosecution Division immediately and begin work on cases.

As a Junior Prosecuting Attorney, your duties may include, but are not limited to;

• Working with Law Enforcement Departments to build cases for trial.
• Prepare arguments and work with other Prosecuting Attorneys on Formal Criminal Trials.
• Take on cases and manage them through their entirety for Bench Trials.

The San Andreas Judicial Branch is looking for motivated individuals with a passion for the legal profession. Prosecuting Attorneys are the backbone of the Judicial Branch and assist with a wide range of duties, working to ensure that cases are prosecuted to the best of their ability. Prosecuting Attorneys must be able to process paperwork with exceptional care and respond to inquiries promptly.

Requirements to become employed by the branch include;

• 21 years of age at the time of hire.
• Must be a legal citizen residing in San Andreas.
• Must hold an active Bar License.
• Must not be affiliated with any criminal groups, in or outside of San Andreas.
• Must be in good standing with the state, meaning no outstanding tickets or criminal charges.
• The Judicial Branch reserves the right to deny anyone for excessive citations and/or any amount of misdemeanors committed within the past 2 weeks.
• Must be clean of felonies for 3 months.
• Must not be currently employed by the San Andreas Legislative Branch, a part of the Law Review Committee, or play a significant role in the Law Review Committee. If the applicant is, they must be willing to resign upon successful hire.
• Must hold a valid driver's license with the State of San Andreas.
• Extensive knowledge of the Penal Code is required.
