Reason for Meeting: I escaped from DOC, as a friend if mine held a guard hostage. We requested a Tarv and got away in said Tarv to the city where SD blew up the vehicle. I fell against a SD Deputy, knocking him over and another Deputy shot me in the back, which has lead to me having no feeling in my legs bound to a wheelchair. I was taken to DOC and operated on by MD, and have to undergo further treatment/rehabilitation. So I am wanting to know what I can do from a legal point.
