After that The suspect began to tackle me which he took out his knife and stabbed me multiple times before being neutralized. Case Information
- Case Number: [Case Number]
Incident Date: [01/JAN/2000]
Witness Information
- Name: Clay Thompson
Date of Birth: N/A
Phone Number: N/A
Occupation: Staff Sergeant, LSSD
Witness Statement
- SD & PD were on a scene that was code 4, dealing with clean up. The scene was done in the Vespucci canal area if I'm remembering correctly as I had to run up a flight of stairs towards the main street to witness the altercation between the PD detective, and Alejandro Montana. When I reached the top of the stairs I saw the PD Detective and Alejandro Montana already in an altercation, Alejandro Montana had tackled Detective Allen onto the ground and began to attack them, I did not see if a weapon was in their hand.
Detective Allen got back on their feet, withdrew their firearm and pointed it at Alejandro Montana, in which Alejandro Montana continued to chase after Detective Allen and tackle them. Detective Allen shot at the suspect before he was tackled once more and then Alejandro Montana continued to attack him while the Detective was on the ground, again I did not witness a weapon in their hand. When Detective Allen was tackled to the ground and being attacked again, even after shots were fired at the individual Alejandro Montana this is when I from across the street aimed my rifle at Alejandro Montana and shot them before they could seriously injure Detective Allen.
Detective Allen then began arresting procedures for Alejandro Montana and I went back to focusing on my scene.
Witness Affirmation
- I, Clay Thompson, affirm that the above statement is true to the best of my knowledge and belief. I affirm that this statement has been made voluntarily, made without promise of reward, and made not under threat, force, or coercion. ((I affirm that all information submitted has been obtained via In-Character means.))
Signed,

Staff Sergeant Clay Thompson

MOTION TO AMEND
IN THE SUPERIOR COURT OF SAN ANDREAS
State of San Andreas v. Alejandro Montana
#25-BT-0110
A Motion to Amend was filed in the above case on the 18th of August, 2025.
The State of San Andreas, by and through the undersigned attorney, filed this Motion to Amend, the original charges with the underlined amended charges.
- Original Charges
- WF01 - Assault with a Deadly Weapon of a Government Employee
- GM14 - Obstruction of Justice
- Amended Charges
- SF02 - Attempted Murder of a Government Employee
- GM14 - Obstruction of Justice
- Detailed Explanation: It is clear from the evidence provided in discovery that this attack was not just an attempt to injure a law enforcement officer; this was an all-out hysterical attack, with the single purpose of inflicting lethal injury to Detective Allen of the LSPD. The defendant's attack was unprovoked and excessive. The repeated stabbing of the detective and tackling to keep them from getting away, and continued repeated stabbing even when facing lethal force from a firearm, all show the defendant's single-minded purpose and drive to injure and kill the detective then and there, risking their own life to do it.

MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT
IN THE SUPERIOR COURT OF SAN ANDREAS
State of San Andreas v. Alejandro Montana
#25-BT-0110
A Motion for Summary Judgment was filed in the above case on the 18th of August, 2025.
The State of San Andreas, by and through the undersigned attorney, filed this Motion for Summary Judgment, and the reasoning for the request is as follows;
- Reasoning: Explicit evidence
- Detailed Explanation: The arrest report and subsequent witness statements detail how law enforcement officers from the Los Santos Police Department and the Los Santos Sheriff's Department were conducting an investigation as well as an arrest resulting thereof. During this procedure, the defendant approaches the scene and begins verbally harassing those present at the scene, including the officers conducting the arrest. As the LSPD's Detective Allen is moving from the arrest to their vehicle, the defendant follows the detective and engages verbally with them before drawing a knife and attacking the detective, stabbing them several times. The detective gets away from the defendant and discharges their firearm at the defendant multiple times, but is tackled by the defendant, who then continues to try to stab the detective. The attack on the detective ends when deputies from the LSSD, also involved with the previous arrest, arrive on the scene and shoot down the detective's would-be killer, injuring them.
The narrative provided in the arrest report and witness statements is wholly confirmed by Detective Allen's bodycam footage, which clearly shows the defendant approaching and interfering with the scene by verbally disturbing and harassing the officers. The bodycam footage also shows the defendant engaging with Detective Allen right before they initiate their attack. The attack is senseless and violent, with the defendant tackling the detective to keep them from getting away and to continue stabbing them, facing lethal force and risking their own life to continue their mindless attack.
