#25-BT-0044

Official Witness Statement
"HERE FOR YOU | SAFE FOR YOU"
Case Information
- Case Number: [Case Number]
Incident Date: [11/JAN/2025]
Witness Information
- Name: [William Tesla]
Date of Birth: [17/JAN/1986]
Phone Number: [514 - 1090]
Occupation: [Master Deputy within the Los Santos Sheriff's Department]
Witness Statement
- The driver of the Purple Elegy Retro Custom, with the L/P 5JSQJNXJ, Registered to Willow Thompson failed to pay the toll.
After I initiated a traffic stop on the suspect, the suspect refused to turn off the engine, which escalated the situation from a citation for failure to pay a toll to a failure to comply. After giving the driver many chances to comply, demanding it through the megaphone countless times, the driver still refused to comply. By then I had backup on scene and when I stepped out and informed the driver that she'd be placed under arrest for failure to comply, she took off, in an attempt to evade. The chase was brief, as the suspect proceeded to crash into double tolls, where she was blocked in. She refused to be searched by myself, so I got a female officer on scene to pat the suspect down.
Throughout the whole interaction she was hostile. At the beginning of the interaction, she stated that she was borrowing the vehicle from a friend, and that the owner of the vehicle was Gina Harper, which was not the case. The suspect didn't have any keys to the vehicle and since I wasn't able to get in touch with the owner, we securely impounded the elegy retro custom for it to be retrieved by the owner later on.
Her story changed during the situation, as initially, she claimed that the R/O of the vehicle was Gina Harper, and when she found out that the R/O was different, her story then changed to be that she just got into an unlocked, started vehicle and drove away.
Witness Affirmation
- I, [William Tesla], affirm that the above statement is true to the best of my knowledge and belief. I affirm that this statement has been made voluntarily, made without promise of reward, and made not under threat, force, or coercion. ((I affirm that all information submitted has been obtained via In-Character means.))
Signed,

[William Tesla]

COURT DECISION
IN THE SUPERIOR COURT OF SAN ANDREAS
State of San Andreas v. Ivy Raven (Hirano)
#25-BT-0044
A decision was reached in the above case on the 27th day of July, 2025.
Due to a lack of response from the defendant in the above case, the case will now be accepting the plea of guilty from the defendant. The defendant was given ample time to interact with the courts and file availability. If any of the dates and times did not align with the schedule of the defendant, they were able to contact the courts stating the like. As little to no contact has been made with the courts in the past 3-4 weeks, this case will now be archived and the charges will remain on the record of the defendant.
Respectfully,

Associate Justice
