SAN ANDREAS PENAL CODE AMENDMENTS

All changes stated within this document are effective on 31st of July, 2024. ((Upon next server restart.))

Penal Code Amendments

In total, the following changes have been made:

Added - 2
- GM25 - Possession/Unlawful use of Government Equipment
- GM26 - Possession of Illegal Information Gathering Devices

Archive - Archived Laws for use in pending Criminal Trials in the Superior Court
- GENERAL MISDEMEANORS
  GM08 - Vandalism
  Every person who maliciously commits any of the following acts with respect to any real or personal property not his or her own is guilty of vandalism:
  
  Defaces with graffiti or other inscribed material.
  
  Damages.
  
  Destroys.
  
  Damages/Destroys with intent to commit further crime.
  If the amount of defacement, damage, or destruction is less than $2,000 and there was no intent to commit a further crime, a citation of $1000 should be issued with no further jail time.
