Date & Time of Incident(s): 31/APR/2024 20:00
Charge(s):
  • VF01 Evading an officer
  • VF04 Felony Public Endangerment
  • VM01 Operating a vehicle without a valid License
  • VC10 Unroadworthy Vehicle
Narrative:
On the way to protest for Farmers Rights. We drove three tractors towards City Hall from the farm. We were pulled over by the police. We informed them that we were protesting peacefully and continued on. We were rammed off the road and shot at.
Upon being shot at I surrendered to the police. I was charged with not having a trucker license. I checked the Penal Code Amendment Trucker's License VM01. The tractor does not qualify, and the charges should be dropped. We had no reason to be pulled over. We did the protest today again with more tractors and the news crew following us. We were not stopped this time when the cameras were rolling. I ask that you help me fight this case and lost wages.
